Cucumber Mozzarella Bites
These refreshing, healthy “Fit Bites” are great for a personal snack, family appetizer before dinner or any party. They work well at an outdoor party because they’re portable and quickly assembled. All will love this!!!

  1. Slice cucumbers into about 24 slices and lay out on tray

  2. Top cucumber slices with basil leaves and mozzarella balls

  3. Drizzle with balsamic and add toothpicks each bite.
