Easy Baked Kale Chips
These baked kale chips are pretty easy to make and make a great snack in-between meals or healthy appetizer at a party! You can break the chips into any size you want and adjust the amount of olive oil and salt to your liking.


  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

  2. Remove leaves from thick stems

  3. Wash and pat dry.

  4. Tear into bite-sized pieces, drizzle with olive oil, and massage olive oil into kale for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Pat dry with paper towel to remove some olive oil.

  6. Sprinkle with salt and put into oven for 10-15 min until lightly browned on edges and crispy

  7. Serve!
