Mix together nut butter and agave/brown rice syrup then add lemon juice & zest...I taste as I add ingredients - you may want to add more lemon juice or coconut etc.
Then add protein powder, coconut and gently stir in brown rice crispies. The mixture may seem dry but once you roll into balls, the warmth of your hands should help make it perfect consistency…if not, add more wet ingredients like agave or lemon juice.
Lastly, roll balls in the coconut. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
