The new normal is challenging all of us in different ways. Staying home, and staying safe has thrown us all off and it can be tough to maintain our cool, to say the least. It’s hard to motivate, give ourselves permission for “me-time”, and find balance. Am i right?

Don’t: Stay up late – max sleep!

- I take 30 minutes to myself
- Meditating daily improves concentration, raises your vibration, revitalizes energy.
- Put on quiet, calm music
- Stay hydrated – upgrade plain water with lemon, peppermint oil
- Keep your water bottle handy
- Get some sun when you can
Don’t: Be Negative

- Make tutorial videos
- Do yoga, workout, dance!
- Play dress up
- Read, read, read!

Don’t: Have too many expectations.
During this stressful time, there can still be a bright side. Cherish the time alone or with your loved ones that you may not normally have. Focus on improving your health, change your mindset, and do what’s best for your family and the community around you and minimize physical contact with others. It’s difficult but we can ALL do this!! We will get through this.
