Athletics and fitness have always been a part of my life. My family is very sports-focused and I started swimming before I could walk! As a former competitive swimmer, a wife, and mom of two, eating healthy has always been a priority.
I grew up volunteering for various charities as part of the National Charity League. I’m especially passionate about Breast Cancer but continue to value giving back to a variety of causes.
Fitness is an indulgence. Swimming, and other workouts, is where I go to be on my own, fully relax, and clear my mind. Making time for workouts gives me the confidence, energy, and mood boost I need to power through each day. It’s a priority for me to FIT It In into my daily schedule.
Why Sweat For Smiles? It’s my passion for fitness, combined with my love for giving back, and interest in getting like-minded people together that fuels Sweat for Smiles. Sweat for Smiles events are so positive for both the attendees and charity. The combination of a great workout and giving back, makes Sweat for Smiles Parties a unique and special experience for everyone involved.
