Longevity Panel: We’ll begin with an intimate panel conversation exploring women’s health, mental resilience, and practical ways to feel younger, longer—setting the tone for a morning of inspiration, reflection, and renewal.

MEET THE PANEL
Ashley Slaughter: Today’s Host + Moderator

Ashley Flanagan Slaughter is the founder of Sweat for Smiles, an organization that hosts fitness-themed events to support various charitable causes. She is a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) and a former NCAA Division I swimmer, and has an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Through Sweat for Smiles, Ashley has connected fitness enthusiasts over workout trends and giving back, raising over $33,000 for various charities.
In addition to her work with Sweat for Smiles, Ashley has been featured in publications such as Shoutout LA, where she discussed her journey and the impact of Sweat for Smiles.
Dr. Saumya Dave: Panelist

Dr Saumya Dave is a board-certified psychiatrist, author, and mental health advocate. She is the author of three novels: The Guilt Pill, Well-Behaved Indian Women, and What a Happy Family. Saumya is a frequent contributor to NBC News, where she discusses a variety of mental health topics. Saumya teaches a Narrative Medicine course for psychiatry interns at Mount Sinai, where she was a chief resident and member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. She has her own private practice in Brooklyn, where she lives with her husband and two children.
Amri Kibbler: Panelist

Amri Kibbler is a leading voice in women’s health, community building, and modern motherhood. A cancer survivor and mom of two, her personal health journey reshaped her perspective on longevity—fueling her mission to reframe self-care as essential, preventative healthcare for busy women juggling it all. She also hosts The Space Between: Cancer & Family Life, a podcast exploring the emotional and practical realities of navigating illness within a family.
As HeyMama’s Co-founder, Amri built and nurtured a global community of working mothers, with programs and events impacting millions. She is passionate about helping women prioritize their wellbeing, build supportive networks, and create sustainable, realistic approaches to living healthier, more fulfilled lives.
Dr Jaskaren Randhawa: Panelist

Dr. Jaskaren Randhawa is a dentist, entrepreneur, wellness and biohacking expert, philanthropist, and founder of SAMA, an integrative dental and holistic wellness center in Flatiron. She earned her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed her residency at Columbia Medical Center/NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
Recognized for her leadership at the intersection of oral health, beauty, wellness, and innovation, Dr. Randhawa has been featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Bustle, WWD, and Who What Wear. Her mission is to transform dentistry by treating the whole person, bridging oral and systemic health to help patients optimize wellness and longevity.

Elizabeth Tretter: Today’s Power Walk Coach

Elizabeth Tretter is a New York City–based group fitness instructor, Precision Run™ coach at Equinox, and concierge personal trainer at Casa Cipriani New York. A lifelong athlete and marathoner who has completed all six World Marathon Majors, she brings a performance-driven yet accessible approach to training.
Through her platform @sweatalittleglitter, Elizabeth shares insights on fitness, wellness, and balancing an active lifestyle with motherhood and career, with a focus on consistency, mindset, and joy in movement.
