The Cause: Operation Walk
Operation Walk is a all volunteer medical humanitarian organization which gives the gift of mobility to those without access or financial means by providing free hip or knee replacement surgeries worldwide. They have 20 different chapters in the US, plus one in Ireland and another in London. They been to 25 different countries and helped over 17,000 individuals. Every donation makes a difference.
- $25 provides a cane
- $50 provides a set of crutches
- $100 provides a walker
- $250 provides surgical supplies for one surgery
- $500 provide physical therapy
- $1000 provides one implant
- $2500 provides funding for a complete surgery

Hosted by Ashley Slaughter: Ashley is the founder of Sweat for Smiles, an organization which hosts fitness events for charity. Sweat for Smiles strives to give back while connecting the fitness-minded over health and wellness trends. Ashley developed her love for fitness as a former Division 1 competitive swimmer at USC. She has her MBA from USC and is a mother of two, living in New York City.

Panelist, Dana Ariele Chwatt: Dana Ariele Chwatt is a holistic health coach and fertility educator in training who specializes in gut health, hormone health, and women’s health. Dana coaches 1:1, groups, and also runs panels, webinars, workshops and presentations for communities and corporations. She’s also the co-host of the Wild Wild Wellness Podcast that raises awareness and celebrates self-discovery and healing. Dana is most passionate about connecting with women and empowering them in their health.
Panelist, Amanda Kwaśniewicz: Amanda, the VP of Customer Experience at Love Wellness, is a transformative leader with a deep dedication to women’s health and customer experience. Fitness Instructor, Elizabeth Tretter: Elizabeth is a group fitness instructor and Precision Run™ running coach with Equinox gyms in New York City. She is also a group fitness instructor and concierge personal trainer with Casa Cipriani New York.
Elizabeth is also an avid marathon runner and a mom of three children who lives in New York City.
