After tuning into our bodies and environment through Linda Baffa‘s beach yoga workout, and Shannon Algeo‘s mindful meditation sesh at the “”Om My Skin!” Beach Yoga Party, made possible by GRACEDBYGRIT in support of Sun Smart Athletes, guests indulged in refreshing Green Grape & Blueberry Skewers and flavorful Cucumber Basil Mozzarella Bites. These healthy treats are ideal for upgrading any outdoor adventure and they’re both easily portable. Both platters were the perfect light healthy bite post-workout.
