Serving guests delicious treats is always appreciated, but making them healthful too? That’s something to talk about! This month’s featured “Fit Bite” is a fantastic bikini-friendly brunch recipe that is customizable and pretty to look at. Because style counts too.
These Baked Berry-licious Oatmeal Cups (click for recipe on Cuisinistas.com) can be customized to your taste preferences and party by switching up the toppings. I used strawberries, blueberries, peaches and dark chocolate. The best in my opinion were the strawberries and the peaches but they were all gone when the party ended. It’s fun to try new things so get creative! The floral party pics and butterfly/floral confetti ( from ThePrettyPaperShop on Etsy) brightened up the spring table spread even more.
Guests sipped on Health-Ade Kombucha Pomegranate (a probiotic tea) and Health-Ade Kombucha Power Greens (a probiotic super tea).
I really like this brand of kombucha. The teas are naturally fermented and slightly bubbly (love this!), certified organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, raw, vegan, kosher and 100% natural. Guests agreed with me that both flavors were surprisingly delicious. I was somewhat skeptical at first, I admit, because it so good for you. If you haven’t already tried it, definitely check it out.
The Health-Ade Kombucha was served in these plastic mason jars with pink and white lids (from DimeStoreBuddy on Etsy). These are really cute for any party. They look great and are practical too (they’re plastic). I added floral straws to them for the perfect spring touch.
These custom “Fit for Spring” coffee cup sleeves (from Bushel & Peck Paper on Etsy) were a fun addition to the party, giving even the coffee some spring flair.
Everyone also got a pink chevron-printed Sweat for Smiles bottle of water before Kristin McGee‘s yoga workout.
Didn’t make the workout? We’ve got your back. Next post will feature some poses from the “Fit For Spring” Workout Wellness Party that you can do at home!
xoxo,
Ashley
