The world needs strong women. Women who will lift and build others, who will love and be loved. Women who will live bravely, both tender and fierce. Women of indomitable will. ~Amy Tenney
It was incredible to celebrate International Women’s Day with these strong women at Athleta UWS at the Sweat for Smiles‘ “Wind Down For Women’s Day Party”. Guests relaxed with a guided meditation, healthy bites, fitness-friendly cocktails, shopping perks, a raffle, and more. This meditation party was in support of the GlamourGals Foundation, an incredible charity that empowers teen women to support elderly women, one makeover (or manicure) at a time.
