The Sweat for Smiles “Warriors for Warriors” Yoga Party, made possible by Gaiam, took place on the Hudson, in NYC, on a beautiful, warm weekday morning. The guests were as strong as warriors through Kristin McGee’s tough and invigorating yoga workout, in support of Give Back Yoga Foundation (yoga for veterans). We all had so much fun- it was a really positive event, and for such a great, patriotic cause.
Kristin McGee and I were thrilled to be wearing Gaiam fitness styles and practicing on their yogamats, courtesy of Gaiam. Also, guests sipped on Gaiam water bottles while conquering the workout, one warrior pose at a time.
