The good news? The same principle works in reverse! Small positive changes can create powerful shifts that transform our energy, digestion, and overall well-being.
Here’s a real-life example: My client Jeannine started with one tiny change – eating a nourishing breakfast before her morning coffee. Within two weeks, she noticed a dramatic difference in her energy levels, food choices, and even her cooking habits!
So, my invitation to you is this: Start with one small shift. Something so simple it feels almost too easy, like having a glass of water before your morning coffee or taking three deep breaths before meals.
Remember, every time you choose foods that energize and support your body, you’re not just making a choice – you’re investing in the future version of yourself.
