5 Ways to Avoid a “Snaccident”

Has anyone had any “Snaccidents” lately? With the new normal, everyone is staying home, staying safe, and trying to stay sane. Cooking 3+ meals a day, cleaning thoroughly, washing hands obsessively, managing the kids virtual learning, and trying to actually do work as well is super stressful! The last thing you have time to do is prepare a healthy snack.

I don’t have to tell you that eating healthy is important for arming your immune system with the power it needs to fight any unwanted germs. Here are some favorite healthy snacks from past Sweat for Smiles Parties that are easy to prepare with easy to obtain ingredients. You’re Welcome!

Mango Munch: Dried Mango Slices and Almonds
Banana Crunch Toast: Sliced bananas and walnuts over your favorite nut butter on wheat toast. Top with cinnamon!
Avocado Toast: Mashed avocados topped with feta cheese and sliced almonds.
Cucumber Crunch: Whole Grain crackers topped with hummus and sliced cucumbers
Fruit Kabobs: Find some fruit in the fridge and set out on toothpicks/skewers
