When do you find the time to workout? Personally, I used to get up around 6 am during the work week, drive to the gym, workout, drive home because I don’t like gym showers, then drive to work, work, then drive home in L.A. traffic. That was unsustainable for me after years of this routine. Nowadays, I prefer fitting in training, barre classes, hikes, and outdoor runs on-the-go.
Since most of us are trying to fit in so many things into our daily routines – especially during the holidays – I have found some styles that will take you from work to workout without the hassle. Easy style transitions save time and stress!
