Power Band Workout To-Go!

Resistance bands are a great addition to your at-home gym (or purse) because they provide the same benefits of dumbbells, while taking up less space. They’re so easy to take on the go! These @ndobands are longer, narrower and can be wrapped around your wrist like a bracelet. 

Try this workout with your Power Band or long resistance band to work your full body:

Reverse Lunge & Fly (10 reps)
One Leg Split Squat (10 reps)
Side Lunges (10 reps)
Front Arm Raises (20 reps)
Bicep Curls (15 reps)
Tricep Kickbacks (15 reps)
Full Body Crunches (15 reps)

Repeat 2/3x as desired!
