5 Minute Mindful Reset Mini-Workout:
1. 15 calf raises: both legs/Right leg/Left leg, so it’s 15/15/15
2. 6 Straight leg walkouts into a push-up.
3. 15 walking lunges on the right / 15 walking lunges on the left.
4. 10 alternating air squats and jump squats. (Options: to increase intensity perform 10 squat jumps; low impact option: perform 10 air squats).
