“Protect Your Peace. Get rid of toxicity. Cleanse your space. Cultivate Love.” ~Brittany Josephina
Spring Cleaning was an absolute BLAST with this crew at the Sweat for Smiles & Bandier “Clean to the Core” Pilates Party, benefitting Clean Water Fund, in support of “cleaner and safer water and air in our homes, neighborhoods, and workplaces”. Wow, what a night! Guests enjoyed a cleansing pilates workout led by the amazing Kristin McGee, healthy sips and bites, “Hydration & Eating to Cleanse tips by Dr. Maggie Cadet, hair braiding, PLUS favors and raffle prizes. It was amazing to cleanse our mind, body, and spirit, give back to Clean Water Fund, and learn about rethinking our use of single use plastic.
Missed the party? No worries, we have all the details here.
